Where is Space Station Self Storage located?
Do you have an office?
We don’t have a on-site office, but you can call 319-300-4460 from 8am to 8pm to rent a unit 7 days a week.
What are the access hours?
You have access to your unit from 6am to 10pm every day.
Is the facility being monitored?
Our facility is under 24 hour video surveillance. We’ve invested in the highest quality security cameras to help us keep track of who comes into the facility at all times. Stop by to check on your unit whenever you have need.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your bill online via our website or visit the facility to pay with check or money order using the drop box. You can also mail your payment to PO Box 528 in Cedar Falls, IA 50613.
How do I go about renting a portable storage unit?
We deliver and pick up mobile units wherever and whenever you need them. Let us know where you need it and we’ll schedule a time that best fits your schedule.
Are your units drive-up accessible?
All of our units are ground level, however, the only units that are drive up accessible are the ones surrounding the loading dock. We do provide flat carts for you to use to transport your items to your unit.
Is the facility near any colleges and universities?
Space Station Self Storage is near Upper Iowa University - Waterloo Campus and University of Northern Iowa.
